Been to few smoke shops in the Austin area. Wizard hat has to be one of the best. They are actually helpful and friendly. Been to few planet ks. And literally every store I goto. They all seem like they snorted a Xanax before hopping on a shift. They give you attitude when you need help. Pretty low quality pieces to. Definitely a gimmick for Austin.

Love love love the Pfulgerville location. Parmer is rather small but same vibe. The Pfulgerville staff help my husband and I out on a weekly basis. We have way too much glass art now. (You can never have enough) we have to buy a new cabinet to fit them all!! Keep killing it!!

The wizard hat is always a truly unquie experience and with super friendly staff. Jordan the manager is a genuine guy who will be real with you and get you exactly what you need. Hands down the best smoke shop in pflugerville. Plus the legend of Zelda sword makes the shop all that much better. There's a reason it's called wizard hat because everything they do is magical.

Its always been nice and chill when Ive been in here the two times Ive been in. The employees seemed very chill and laid back running a chill and decently priced smoke shop. They actually went in the back and looked for the right size cigarette roller when I was buying cigarette papers. They also had a great selection of water pipes and many more. It always smells great in here too. Love this place !

I like their selection of scales. There's at least five options from 20 to $30 in there and they weigh out to .00 grams. They get a five just for that in my book

Honestly , nothing bad to say as I go there every week , only thing I would say is theres a staff with a pony tail black hair male that never smiles when you walk in and normally I dont even care when I go into a place i just want to get what I came for and leave but its almost draining to have him serve me like seriously. He just has this dead look in his face and I mean each time, sometime I wanna say can someone else just serve me cause energy is real and I dont want that type of energy. Hes not mean or rude its just who wants to come in any type of business and have someone look so lifeless assist them. So 5 stars minus 1 cause of that

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good vibes, nice glass selection and variety of it. High quality known brands for hemp bill legal products. All sorts of accessories, and needed clean up products that go along with that. Also very wide range nicotine vape products I noticed all reputable and sought after brands priced reasonably if not in some cases lower than other stores. Also have an arcade cabinet machine if you trying to 1v1 a friend. Honestly its a recent find and Im happy to have found the store. Much love check them out you will not be disappointed.

I truly felt that the owner cared about my first experience not being so great and therefore made up for it. I left and recommended my sister to come here. I found my home store. Although, I did not meet the owner personally, I felt pleased. Thank you

I came in here for two items and was helped immediately. The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I didn't look around too much but there is some really cool art on the back wall. A bonus to this location is once you make a purchase you can head next door to my favorite butcher shop for some yummy meat and other goodies. This plaza has it all! Enjoy!

I went to Wizard Hat for the first time about 6 weeks ago. I was looking for something very specific. I was greeted by the most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person! They have a fantastic variety and the best prices. I find myself going there every couple of weeks now to see what is new and see the glass and art. I also bought a cool purse! They have everything you expect and lots of things you would not expect. Go there!
